In August 2005 Piazza Sempione opened its first flagship store in Via del Babuino in Rome.

This prestigious location in the center of Rome has historical significance for Piazza Sempione as it used to house the oldest textile store in the city. In keeping with our aesthetics, the space was renovated without changing the original structure, and key architectural features were enhanced such as the stucco details and the vaulted ceilings. Encased in white walls, the sparse yet rarefied elements that make up the boutique's interior consist of hand-made wrought iron chandeliers, crystal and steel tables and fabric covered hangers.

Architect Paola Navone’s goal in renovating was to create a precious box with a rarefied and inviting atmosphere, an ideal stage for our collections.
